Great oasis of peace and quiet in the heart of the city. The beautiful interior and cleanliness of the hotel provided a serene atmosphere. The staff were always available to assist and the rooftop terrace was comfortable and had plenty of seating. Another great advantage was the excellent air conditioning system in the room that allowed us to adjust the temperature to our liking. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was well organized.
One thing that could be improved is the lighting in the room. The ultra-white energy-saving lights took away from the ambiance of the beautiful ceiling.

Amazingly convenient location, within walking distance of popular attractions and lively areas. The rooftop terrace offers a peaceful escape with a good book. The staff is warm, helpful, and accommodating. Delicious home-cooked Moroccan food served at a reasonable price. Family-friendly atmosphere for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is located in a narrow alleyway in the heart of the old Medina, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, pointing out the best restaurants and places to visit. The clean and well-furnished rooms had their own unique style, and the terrace was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The delicious breakfast served either in the room or on the terrace was a great way to start the day.

Excellent rooftop terrace, just like the pictures. Helpful staff, small pool. Great location in the spice souk. Smooth airport shuttle. Two different suites - one quiet, one with more noise. Recommend earplugs. Luggage storage available. Stay for 3-4 days. Pleasant stay. Beautiful property, mint tea at check-in, personalized map. Would stay again. Welcoming staff, hassle-free airport pick up, homemade breakfast, met turtles. Helpful advice from staff. Authentic experience. Kind and helpful everyone. Quiet but central area. I had a wonderful time in Marrakech. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from the main square and all the major attractions. It was easy to find and provided a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always attentive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a fantastic experience.
One small downside was the noise from other guests in the common areas in the evenings.
